The plot introduces a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a secret cult.
The questline focuses on "peculiar trials and a monstrous adversary" and is accessible to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

The teaser features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview concludes with a powerful scene showing a character, probably the prisoner, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
